About Complete Professional Recovery
Debbie Craft, the owner and operator of Complete Professional Recovery, LLC, started in the collection industry in 1995 as a third-party collector. At that time, she had a collection rate of 64%. Due to her high level of success, she was promoted to a leadership role, training and motivating other collectors to increase their collection rates.
In 2001 Debbie became a collection manager and later took a position as a sales account executive, at which point; she had the opportunity to hear first-hand about clients desires and needs in collection services. To further her collections experience, she became an office manager, learning the daily operations of a collection agency.
One need that was consistently expressed was the desire for their customer to return after the collection process. Now with CPR, Debbie seeks to meet her clients' needs with integrity through personalized service and a professional approach.
